Last Thursday I had the pleasure of photographing the dining event that is The Groundnut. It is a brainchild of three friends Duval Timothy, Folayemi Brown and Jacob Todd. They put on a dining event for over 60 eager diners, producing food from their mixed African and European heritage. The food was at a very high standard as was the vibe through the whole evening.
